Luke and Rachael Burton started up Transition Personal Training in 2013, running part-time from their semi-furbished garage.

It was a humble beginning, with only a handful of clients, and even less equipment.

Four years later, with a long list of wins and sacrifices, true support from clients who’ve become friends, invaluable networking, and some seriously hard work, Transition is now a buzzing hive of community life, nestled in a large industrial warehouse located in Medina, Kwinana, Western Australia.

The team at Transition focus specifically on providing specialised workouts for each individual, whilst developing a strong family environment within their group sessions throughout the week.

They have built up their gym to reflect their value for body, soul and spirit health, with the intention that each client feels respected, known and equipped to achieve their goals.
