I am a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, older adult trainer, S.E.T (specialist exercise trainer), strength & conditioning coach ASCA accredited, Pilates instructor, I also have extensive knowledge in martial arts. Our group fitness training classes incorporate; Hiit ,agility , strength , cardio, hand eye coordination & functional movement & include various other training methods into the group session programs . We pride ourselves on a friendly and supportive group of people who train together.
